## SoulSpeak Privacy Policy

1. Overview

SoulSpeak lets you create memories and chat with an AI that simulates loved ones. We do not require account sign‑up and we do not collect, sell, or share personal data for advertising.

2. What Data We Process

We do not receive or store Apple‐managed payment information. Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple.

3. Third‑Party Processing

SoulSpeak calls the OpenAI API (OpenAI, LLC). Data is encrypted in transit and is not used by OpenAI to train its models. See OpenAI Privacy Policy for details.

SoulSpeak is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under 13.
